Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp White sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- Unsalted butter
- Maple Syrup
Optional: blackberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries
Method
- Preheat pan (medium heat)
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix the egg, milk, sour cream, and vanilla in another bowl
- Start adding the dry ingredients into the second bowl, while mixing thoroughly
- Once the pan reaches about 180C-200C, add a bit of butter to the pan, spread it
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan
- If you're using berries, you can drop 2-4 into the pancake. Or you can add a bunch on top when serving
- Let it cook for about 3 minutes until the bottom is browned
- Flip the pancake and let it cook for about 1 minute
Serve in a plate with syrup (and berries if you like).
