Ingredients
All quantities are by volume using Ikea Stäm measuring cups 1ml, 5ml (teaspoon), and 15ml (tablespoon).
- 15ml Oregano
- 15ml Parsley
- 15ml Crushed pepper flakes
- 5ml Ground white pepper
- 1ml Dried garlic granules
If you prefer a milder option, use half the amount of crushed pepper flakes.
Preparation
Mix all the dried herbs. You can store the dried mix.
When you want to use it, mix by volume,
- 1 part of dried mix
- 1 part of vinegar (I use cider vinegar)
- 1 part of water
Let it soak. Ideally, I prepare de mix 2 days in advance, and put it in the fridge so that the herbs have plenty of time rehydrate and extract all the flavours.
Once rehydrated, store it in the fridge.
