Tarta de Boursin & Courgettes
Ingredientes
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 courgette
- 200 g Boursin (garlic and herbs)
- 3 to 4 tbsp of crème fraîche
- Grated Gruyere cheese
Preparacion
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the shortcrust pastry on top
- Cut the courgettes into thin slices using a mandolin, mix the Boursin with the crème fraîche
- Prick pastry several times with a fork and spread the dough with a layer of Boursin
- Place the courgettes in concentric circles on top.
- Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
