Tarta de Boursin & Courgettes

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 courgette
  • 200 g Boursin (garlic and herbs)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of crème fraîche
  • Grated Gruyere cheese
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
  2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the shortcrust pastry on top
  3. Cut the courgettes into thin slices using a mandolin, mix the Boursin with the crème fraîche
  4. Prick pastry several times with a fork and spread the dough with a layer of Boursin
  5. Place the courgettes in concentric circles on top.
  6. Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
