Preheat your oven to 180°C
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the shortcrust pastry on top
Cut the courgettes into thin slices using a mandolin, mix the Boursin with the crème fraîche
Prick pastry several times with a fork and spread the dough with a layer of Boursin
Place the courgettes in concentric circles on top.
Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
