Preheat pan (medium heat)
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix the egg, milk, sour cream, and vanilla in another bowl
Start adding the dry ingredients into the second bowl, while mixing thoroughly
Once the pan reaches about 180C-200C, add a bit of butter to the pan, spread it
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan
If you're using berries, you can drop 2-4 into the pancake. Or you can add a bunch on top when serving
Let it cook for about 3 minutes until the bottom is browned
Flip the pancake and let it cook for about 1 minute
Serve in a plate with syrup (and berries if you like).
